Project Description:
The purpose of this project is to support Vanderbilt Kennedy University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, and specifically the Tennessee Pathfinder program, in building the capacity of professionals supporting older adults to understand and adopt person and family centered thinking and practices, and to utilize and integrate the Charting the LifeCourse framework into policy, practice, and procedure for senior services (such as information and referral, options counseling, etc.). Additionally, training and presentations will provide guidance/updates related to COVID and the impact on seniors.
