Project Description:

CLD is working with DBHDD to provide training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are interested in serving on advisory councils and governing boards. To date, the CLD has engaged 54 leaders with IDD in Georgia. 35 of the 54 leaders have been appointed to an advisory council or board. 47 of the 54 leaders have secured leadership roles within a group or organization.
