Project Description:

The NCI Child Family Survey is for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The UCEDD is contracted by ODDS to receive paper surveys in the mail and enter the data into ODESA, an online data repository. The Child Family Survey is a paper survey that will be mailed to all families with a child with I/DD who lives in the family home and receives at least one service other than case management.
