        Project Description:
        Data analysis and report development that addresses:
A. Provide an estimate on the annual cost of services to people with disabilities working in Section 14(c) sheltered workshops through use of National Core Indicators (NCI) data;
B. Provide an estimate of the type of individuals participating in sheltered workshop by the level of support needed.
C. Provide an estimate for Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) costs based on the cost of vocational rehabilitation services for a person with a disability placed in CIE.
D. Calculate an estimated average income of a person with a disability working in CIE through use of NCI data.

E. Calculate an approximate measure of the money necessary to support a person with a disability in CIE using data available from some states on the use of state funds for placement of a person with a disability into CIE.
F. Determine if a viable estimate of people with disabilities working on CIE who are still on federal benefits is possible, using U.S. Census Bureau American Community Survey data, and if so provide such an estimate, or if an estimate is not, provide a reason why.
