Maryland employment outcome data and provider transformation
        
     
    
        
    
    
        Project Description:
        The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) will provide technical and implementation support to the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) to support collection and reporting of individual level employment outcome data from DDA day and employment service providers.
The Institute for Community Inclusion at UMass Boston (ICI/UMass) will support cohorts of DDA Meaningful Day service providers in transforming services to support meaningful days in the community with central focus on high quality employment outcomes. 
ICI/UMass will:
	Provide technical assistance to eight provider agencies over 18 months including a comprehensive strategic assessment, development of a transformation work plan, and implementation support.  
	Provide training for mid-level provider staff in order to support program development and implementation.  25-30 learners per cohort. Training to be offered beginning September, 2020.
