Project Description:

Workgroup States will have access to quarterly conference calls for SEA staff, mediators, complaint investigators, and due process hearing officers. Workgroup States will have access to the dispute resolution listserv for each one of the dispute resolution workgroups. Workgroup States will have an opportunity for their IEP facilitators, mediators, complaint investigators, and due process hearing officers to participate in at least one topical conference call/webinar training during the service period.
