Project Description:

In partnership with the Delaware Division of Public Health, CDS serves as the umbrella organization for a coalition of more than 80 organizations and agencies committed to serving children and youth with special healthcare needs and their families. Family SHADE seeks to expand the overall capacity of its member organizations, offer training, identify service gaps, and foster cooperation and coordination among members to make it easier for families to find and access the services and supports they need. Family SHADE assists Delaware in achieving state and national Maternal and Child Health Bureau goals.
