Project Description:
The LEND program provides interdisciplinary, leadership training to long-term trainees at the graduate and post-graduate levels. The primary objectives of the program are to develop high levels of clinical expertise, skills and competence, and leadership attributes to improve the health status of infants, children and adolescents with or at risk for neurodevelopmental and related disabilities and their families. The program focuses on advancing professionalism in the caring for children with disabilities such as developmental delay and cognitive impairment, language and communication impairment, and impairments of attention and movement
