Project Description:

The purpose of this contract between Oaklawn Psychiatric Services (fiscal agent) and the Center for Collaborative Systems Change (CCSC) at Indiana Universitys Institute on Disability and Community (IICS) is to provide technical assistance and evaluation support for the "Elkhart County SAMHSA II Expansion Grant to enhance the capacity of The SOURCE, Elkhart's system of care (SOC). This grant supports continued expansion of Elkhart Countys System of Care, The SOURCE, via strategic infrastructure development and enhanced service delivery to youth 0-17 with or at risk for significant mental health challenges in Elkhart County.
