Project Description:
The Eppley Institute has divided the Scope of Work into five tasks: 1) overall project management, 2) learning and development opportunities analysis and competency gap analysis, 3) Preservation and Skills Training (PAST) program application, 4) Maintenance Planning and Asset Management for Historic Structures (MPAM) workshop, and 5) Park Accessibility Coordinator (PAC) training. An overall project schedule is included below, followed by detailed explanations of the Eppley Institutes approach to accomplishing each of the five tasks
