Project Description:
The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in Pennsylvania works to help individuals with disabilities to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals. To meet the requirements of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 every 3 years a Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) is performed in order to ascertain and describe the rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities residing within the state of Pennsylvania. Temple Universitys Institute on Disabilities performed the research and evaluation components detailed in the CSNA model to outline and understand the complex needs of the disability population in Pennsylvania.
