Project Description:
Project SCOPE will further enhance HDIs statewide early childhood programs capacity to serve infants with NAS or neonatal opioid withdrawal syndrome (NOWS) at home and in various care settings. This project will enhance early childhood workforce capacity to address the dire need faced by families in our community. Furthermore, this project will also complement other statewide initiatives which provide support to families dealing with opioid use disorder (OUD).
