Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS is the recipient of a federal grant under the U.S. Department of Education entitled the Alternative Financing Mechanisms Program under Title III of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (AT Act) administered by the Rehabilitation Services Administration. The GOAL-AT Program is to implement and facilitate a program to provide loans to individuals with disabilities, who are residents of Guam, for the purchase of Assistive Technology.
