Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Autism Club
Project Description:
JCCC is the largest educator of undergraduates in Kansas and home to the Autism Spectrum Support Club (facilitated by LEND faculty). This club promotes social learning opportunities on the college campus. LEND Trainees have served as peer mentors and have been directly involved in program design and implementation. This is also a strong community partner in the area of recruitment for self advocate trainees in the KS LEND training program.
