Family2Family Connecting w/Telehealth

Project Description:

Recipients of the mini-grant are required to provide at least two trainings about telehealth to families of CYSHCN and to collaborate with other awardees to discuss best practices as well as barriers faced. Evaluation of the overall project will be designed by Family Voices, and each F2F will report only on the measures related to their project. Staff of the awarded F2Fs will have the opportunity to participate in an eight-week-long Telehealth Academy and will also be invited to participate in administering a Telehealth Readiness Quiz to families in their states.
