Project Description:

The focus of the Idaho Safe Schools, Safe Students Project (led the Idaho Department of Health and Welfares Sexual Violence Prevention Program and funded by the U.S. Department of Justices Bureau of Justice Assistance) is to build the knowledge base and capacity of three rural Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in the areas of creating safe schools, improving school climate, culture, and mental health supports. The Center on Disabilities & Human Development serves as the project evaluator.
