Project Description:

This grant supports two main activities related to expanding uptake of the Covid 19 vaccine in the DD community: -Town Halls: Funding supports Dr. Vincent Siasoco's time to prepare and offer Town Halls regarding the Covid vaccine. -Clinic-funding supports the planning and conduct of 'DD' friendly pop-up vaccine clinics at our center.
