COVER to COVER: Rural Veterans Health Access Program

Project Description:

The project is a collaboration between the COVER to COVER program and the Utah Department of Health's Rural Veterans Health Access Program. Three agencies (2 Area Agencies on Aging and 1 Center for Independent Living) that cover 10 rural counties to screen Veteran callers and provide information on VA Healthcare. In addition, outreach to rural hospitals and clinics to provide VA healthcare information and developing partnerships.
