Best Buddies Friendship Program Evaluation

Project Description:
The objective is to understand the perceived impact that the Best Buddies program has on participants with disabilities, non-disabled participants, parents, and Best Buddies chapter teacher advisors in Chicago high schools. The ultimate goal is to improve the program for current and future participants. Focus groups will be conducted with teacher advisors and parents about their experiences with the program and their perceived impact on the students they advise and their children, respectively. Additionally, individual interviews will be conducted with both disabled and non-disabled participants of Best Buddies Friendship program chapters on their experiences with the program.
