National Core Indiciators - Early Intervention
Project Description:
National Core Indicators is a national surveillance survey intended to collect information on a standard set of performance and outcome measures that can be used to track our state's performance over time, to compare results across states, and to establish national benchmarks. Recipients of the survey include any individual and/or their family member who receives waiver services. CHD provides the data collection services to the effort.
