Visitor Use Satisfaction Survey

Center:
Fiscal Year:
2021
Contact Information:
Project Description:
The Eppley Institute plans to collect data at the seven sites (Manila American Cemetery, Aisne-Marne American Cemetery, Luxembourg American Cemetery, Normandy American Cemetery, Pointe du Hoc Ranger Monument, Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Suresnes American Cemetery) outlined in the RFP. The project team will ensure the schedule does not conflict with memorial events and will coordinate well in advance with the project manager to confirm the schedule, data collection locations, safety plan, and any other relevant logistics. When possible, the Eppley Institute project team will visit the site the day prior to data collection to ensure the team is located at suitable places at the entrances, exits, visitor centers, and next-of-kin rooms, to minimize disruption to visitors.
