Project Description:

Provide technical assistance and support in the facilitation Guam's Early Childhood Island-wide Needs Assessment on the state of Guam's B-5 mixed delivery system including but not limited to governance, personnel/workforce, data systems, accountability, quality improvement, quality standards, and finance. To develop a comprehensive strategic plan in collaboration with the B-5 mixed delivery system. To meet the system supports in the areas of Training and Technical Assistance, Early Childhood Care and Education, Needs Assessment and Strategic Planning, and Quality Improvement and grants management identified in the Guam's Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five grant.
