Timeline Activities and Deliverables 1. Facilitate development of Kindergarten readiness tool February 2020 Introductory project partners meeting Crosswalk analysis: Oregon Project, Callier-Azuza, HELP, Vineland, DRDP Gap analysis to DRDP Align cross-walk to the curricula: ULD, Handwriting without Tears, ELL, Houghton Mifflin Supplement Gap analysis Perform a content analysis of the IEP Goals for 15 students Project team meetings weekly Reflective evaluation, analysis, and disseminate feedback to stakeholders (included as a component of all project team meetings) March 2020 Introductory presentations to staff and Advisory Board Create first draft of the Kindergarten readiness tool Cycles of revisions Submit an IRB application Project team meeting monthly April 2020 Field test the revised Kindergarten readiness tool Revision cycle Interview assessors Draft assessment protocols Finalize the Kindergarten readiness tool and protocols Present the Kindergarten readiness tool to staff and Advisory Board Project team meeting monthly 2.
