Project Description:
FEAT Staff (Dr. Judith Gross) will do the following activities to support the Licensee/State FEAT team in the adaptation of all FEAT curriculum and supplementary materials: Facilitate the completion of the licensing agreement and other administrative activities Prepare a shared server space for FEAT materials to host both the Kansas models and any derivative FEAT products adapted or developed by the Licensee Initial tele/video conference to prepare for the stakeholder meeting Travel to the Licensee's state for a 2-day team stakeholder meeting of the organizations partnering to implement FEAT o Review FEAT format, curriculum, and supplementary materials o Identify and discuss sections in need of adaptation o Complete an "Adaptation Plan" with activity, time estimate, responsible person, and timeline for completion o Provide recommendations on process for materials adaptation Provide follow-up consultation via email, phone or video conferencing regarding materials adaptations Review state adapted FEAT materials to ensure that the following is included: o Current policy and program information, o Key components of FEAT, and o Content consistent with FEAT's mission and values. Provide feedback on state adapted FEAT materials FEAT Staff (Dr. Judith Gross) will train the Licensee and their partners, who will be implementing the FEAT trainings statewide, and conduct the following activities: Consult with Licensee regarding planning the FEAT train-the-trainer event Conduct eight one-hour FEAT Training Webinars for trainers to prepare for the first delivery of FEAT (to be recorded and archived for the Licensee) Travel to the state to o Implement the FEAT train-the-trainer session with Licensee (Part 1 and Part 2) o Conduct a follow-up debrief regarding FEAT train-the-trainer Travel to state for and assist with implementing the first scheduled FEAT family training in the state (Part 1 and Part 2) Follow-up consultation via phone, email, or video conferencing with Licensee regarding implementation of FEAT Consult with Licensee regarding the implementation of follow-up individual and group technical assistance with participants who attended FEAT Conduct fidelity of implementation checks at FEAT train-the-trainer and first scheduled FEAT training
