Project Description:
Provide ODDC and their designated team members access to a shared server for FEAT
materials to host other state models and any derivative FEAT products adapted or
developed by ODDC (the FEAT Licensee).
Provide follow-up consultation to ODDC via email, phone or video conferencing
regarding materials adaptations.
Review OK FEAT 2021 materials to ensure the following is included:
o Current policy and program information,
o Key components of FEAT, and
o Content consistent with FEATs mission and values.
Provide written feedback on state adapted FEAT materials
Travel to Oklahoma City and assist with implementing Part 1 and Part 2 of the first
scheduled FEAT family training in the state
o ODDC shall identify and provide meeting space
o ODDC shall be responsible for travel, meals and accommodations of ODDC staff
and team members
o IU shall be responsible for costs associated with their travel, lodging and per
diem (to be included in the deliverable costs).
Follow-up consultation with ODDC via phone, email, or video conferencing with ODDC
regarding fidelity of implementation of FEAT.
Consult with ODDC regarding the implementation of follow-up individual and group
technical assistance with participants who attended FEAT.
IU shall work jointly with ODDC to identify and report outcomes for the contract.
ODDC acknowledges Family Employment Awareness Training (FEAT) was developed at
the Beach Center on Disability at the University of Kansas, and all FEAT materials are
copyrighted and licensed through the KU Innovation and Collaboration; therefore, it is
not readily available outside of the university.
