Project Description:
Guam CEDDERS assumed primary responsibility for the design and implementation of the evaluation component for Project Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children's Health (Project LAUNCH) and ensure that all terms and conditions of the multi-site evaluation are met. Guam CEDDERS designed, coordinated, and implemented the evaluation activities. The activities of the evaluation component are designed to meet the data collection and measurement requirements which include (1) collection and reporting of data to meet Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) mandates using the Transformation Accountability (TRAC) System; (2) local process and outcome evaluation; and (3) the National Multi-Site Evaluation.
