Use of Tele-Exercise as an Alternative Delivery Channel for Translating an Evidence-Based Fall-Prevention Program into Practice for Older Adults in WV
Project Description:
The purpose of the research study is to test a new method for delivering an exercise program to reduce falls. the exercise classes will be delivered to groups of participants by viewing a live video of the instructor over the internet. WVU expects to enroll approximately 120 participants. A total of approximately 10 people per site are expected to participate in this study. Classes will be held at 12 community sites within West Virginia.
