Project Description:
JFK Partners is a replication site for Project SCOPE: Supporting Children of the Opioid Epidemic, a project of the Univerity of Wyoming UCEDD, Nisonger Center at The Ohio State University, and the University of Cincinnati Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities for the National Training Initiative funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities. This initiative will build nationwide capacity and confidence in applying evidence-based practices in serving children and families impacted by opioid use. Activities include creating an interdisciplinary state team to provide training and case consultation using the ECHO model for providers in the fields of early intervention, home visiting, public health nursing, hospitals, nurse navigators, childcare, parents, and professionals in the recovery field.
