Project Description:

Provide staff support to Riders' Transportation Access Group (R-TAG) to expand accessibility of MBTA for people with disabilities and older adults. R-TAG is group of consumers that provides guidance to and advoctes with the Masschusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) for improved access. It is lead by an Executive Board. Group was developed as a result of 2006 settlement on improving access to MBTA. ICI has been providing support to the R-TAG since June 2019.
