The program provides linkage, referral, and advocacy activities for clients impacted by traumatic brain injury in an effort to connect to resources that will enhance their quality of life. The program also provides training and technical assistance statewide to survivors of brain injury, family members, caregivers, services providers, and state agencies to increase skills and understanding of the effects of traumatic brain injury.
