Project Description:

The Transition Coalition provides professional development resources, materials, and training in multiple formats to support practitioners, local education agency and state department of education personnel enhance transition programs and planning to improve post school outcomes for youth with disabilities. Most resources are provided through the Transition Coalition website (www.transitioncoalition.org) which are also combined with other services for professional development methods.
