Project Description:

Goals of the project 1) provide annual mental health screening to CF patients and their care givers 2) integrate mental and behavioral health services into Cystic Fibrosis clinical care 2) provide immediate mental health services and supports to CF patients and their care givers 3) establish a mental health referral network to aid in assuring that patients and/or their caregivers receive mental health services that meet their individual needs in their home community by a provide that has an understanding and awareness of the complexities of Cystic Fibrosis.
