Project Description:

NDCPD Staff will create supplemental materials for six core modules of the CSTP project. They include: 1) Person Centered Planning; 2) Achieving Personal Outcomes; 3) Supporting Individuals with Disabilities in the Community; 4) Working with Families; 5) Legal Issues; and 6) Medication Training. The supplemental material will include a glossary and a self-study guide.
