Project Description:
The Independent Facilitator Training for the PCP Process will prepare individuals to deliver Independent Facilitation services to individuals receiving community mental health services. The project's goal is to increase the number of trained Independent Facilitators statewide to offer facilitation services. Key activities include identifying and training individuals to serve as independent facilitators of the PCP process, observe and assess the trained Independent Facilitators for skill acquisition, and evaluate the project's outcomes and results. Overall Goal: To increase the number of trained IFs statewide. Overall Outcomes: - 100 individuals will be trained as Level 1 Independent Facilitators - 50 individuals fully certified Level 3 Independent Facilitators - A formative and summative evaluation report to inform future IF training.
