Project Description:

This proposal is in response to the Indiana Department of Educations request for assistance with file review as part of the monitoring process for Indicators 4, 9, and 10, and the development of a technical assistance center, the Indiana Disproportionality Resource Center, to assist LEAs in addressing issues of disproportionality in special education. Deliverables are presented separately for File Review and for the Technical Assistance Center.
