Project Description:
This proposal focuses on better understanding the needs of Hoosier families of people with disabilities and professionals related to resources, information, and access to information. As people navigate and access community resources and systems of support, finding critical information about services and programs, and becoming informed on best practices, it is important to understand needs related to information and access to services. To understand the needs as they seek information and services, a statewide survey is proposed. In addition to understanding what is currently being used to find information and services, the survey seeks to identify the perceived gaps in information and access for these groups.
