External Evaluation for National Coordinating Center 1 Conduct formative evaluation of the Think College NCC which will include, among other tasks: a. collection of client satisfaction data from stakeholders; b. Website analytics; c. annual presentation of formative findings to NCC team to reflect on assessment of progress. 2. Address summative evaluation questions looking at the impact of the CC in the following four areas: a. knowledge translation and development b. provision of technical assistance for TPSIDs and other college programs c. dissemination of evidence‐based practices to all PSE initiatives d. leadership and coordination The summative evaluation will include, among other tasks: a. development or identification of objective performance measures of intended outcomes; summative data collection; b. Interviews and focus groups as appropriate to collect data on technical assistance to nonTPSID projects and key stakeholders and partners (e.g., AHEAD, AUCD); c. identification of effective NCC activities suitable for replication d. suggested strategies for future NCC staffing, activities, evaluation 3. Submit written report annually. The report will include a summary of formative findings as well as summative findings relevant for each year. Due no more than 30 days following the end of the Fiscal Year (October 30, 2020) 4. Participate in Data Driven TA calls with TPSID to the extent possible, and draft a report on the activities and outcomes of those calls, due on or about April, 2020. 5. Attend monthly NCC staff meetings 6. Participate in meetings focused on addressing sustainability of TC resources. 7. Attend annual project director meeting, to be held in July 2020 conduct interviews or focus groups with key TPSID staff to determine effectiveness of NCC support and technical assistance.
