Project Description:

The project will form a regional leadership team with representation from various organizations and experts, convene monthly meetings of the regional leadership team, meet quarterly with county health department personnel, include state and local stakeholders, provide training in accordance with training plan, implement fidelity assessments, child assessments, and progress monitoring tools, collect data and program evaluation, and meet quarterly with OCSHCN staff.
