Project Description:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the outcomes of HCT services provided in the Movin On Up HCT Program for adolescents and emerging adults in the CHLA Spina Bifida program. This project is multiphasic: a) Phase 1: development of a survey to measure HCT outcomes, based upon the Triple Aim framework and National Survey of Childrens Health with input from a team of national and international HCT experts; Phase 2: outcome validation of the tool involving a survey of HCT experts to determine suitability and Phase 3: conduct suvey of AEA who receive HCT services in the Movin On Up HCT program.
