Wyoming Breast Cancer Resource Directory

Project Description:

The Wyoming Breast Cancer Resource Directory project will create a print directory of breast cancer resources in Wyoming. The finished directory will be distributed in print format in both English and Spanish to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer via their service providers. In addition, the directory will be given to other information providers (information and referral agencies, public librarians, etc.) around the state. As a complement to the print directory, the information will also be made available online through a web resource. The information collected for the directory will be housed in the Pathways Plus database, a database of human service programs in Wyoming which is part of the Connect Wyoming project. Inclusion in the database will ensure that the information is kept up-to-date through Pathways Plus’ regular update process.
