Project Description:

Since Kansas is a new market and furthermore supporting members with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities on the HCBS benefit is new to Aetna Medicaid, it is critical that we develop and train our staff in this new population and managed benefit. It is important that we engage the Subject Matter Experts to accomplish this very sensitive project. This is also in line with the National Aetna Advisory Council I/DD playbook and strategy.
