Project Description:
UMKC/IHD will serve as subject matter expert and to ensure that the evaluation: Captures the needed information for ACL to measure the fidelity of the Chart ing the LifeCourse TM framework developed by University of Missouri, Kansas City (UMKC) in partnership with NASDDDS using data from the Community of Practice (CoP) 5 states and a mentor state, expansion states (n=lO), and other programs that are using the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework. Measures the most important components of the framework and the work of the state grantees with the least burden on the grantees, Provides an objective assessment of implementation of the Framework and its benefits to grantee states as well as possible areas fo r refinement of future technical assistance, and Gives ACL with information needed to make future funding decisions.
