Project Description:

DBP Youth Council - Twice yearly meeting of Providers and up to 10 15-25 year olds with a disability or chronic health issue that brought them to the medical center for DBP care. Members should be diverse in terms of backgrounds and health conditions, and participants need to be able to communicate effectively with adults and peers. They will advise us on our policies and practices based on their experiences in health care with an informal discussion and dinner. Discussion Questions: Discussion: How have you participated in your own health care? What has worked well for you and why? What has not worked well and why?
