Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS will provide assistance to the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) to work with the Learn the Signs. Act Early. (LTSAE) program and Act Early Network to increase parent-engaged developmental monitoring by promoting the adoption and integration of LTSAE materials and training resources into program and statewide systems that serve young children and their families. In addition, Guam CEDDERS will develop and implement an evaluation plan to monitor progress and outcomes for the proposed activities, as outlined in its application.
