Project Description:
The purpose of this contract between Oaklawn Psychiatric Services (fiscal agent) and the Center for Collaborative Systems Change (CCSC) at Indiana Universitys Institute on Disability and Community (IICS) is to provide technical assistance to the "Elkhart County Juvenile Justice Diversion Initiative to enhance the capacity of the Elkhart Juvenile Justice Systems in partnership with The SOURCE, Elkhart's system of care (SOC). expands SOC reach and depth by strategic infrastructure expansion and development of services to divert youth 0-17 with mental health challenges from the Juvenile Justice System in Elkhart County.
