Project Description:
The Neurodevelopmental Disorders Clinic, under the leadership of Robin Hansen, M.D. and Kathy Angkustiri, M.D., provides assessments for autism spectrum disorders, fragile X syndrome, 22q11.2 deletion syndrome, ADHD, learning disorders, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. The clinic provides interdisciplinary diagnostic evaluations, intervention recommendations and medical management for children referred by primary care physicians as well as through contractual agreements with four regional centers in northern California. Clinicians provide information to parents interested in participating in MIND Institute research studies as well as information about other community resources. CEDD trainees are involved in clinical activities.
