Project Description:

Project Innovate's goal is to improve healthcare outcomes to children with disabilities in underserved communities utilizing Project ECHO in collaboration with the Wyoming Institute on Disabilities (WIND). Project Innovate aims at helping combat the barriers people with disabilities face in a new and unique way by using the existing Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO), tele-health style, information-sharing model. Designed to educate, train, and sustain participants with the necessary skills to support the health of people with disabilities, Project Innovate uses ECHO to "Move information, not people".
