Project Description:

Project with Minnesota Department of Education to provide Check & Connect training and technical assistance to four Minnesota school districts (Osseo, Duluth, Minneapolis, St. Paul) to improve graduation rates in Black & American Indian students with disabilities. Students with disabilities have low rates of graduation, which the project hopes to improve, and assistance appropriate to the specific cultures of Black & American Indian students with disabilities can be more helpful to them than assistance not so specifically tailored.
