Project Description:
The project is designed to improve training to Targeted Case Managers (TCM) and others who work with people who need assistance with community living due to mental health conditions and/or have difficulty managing their substance use. The training will help TCM, service providers and others meet the vision of person-centered and family-centered support as described in the Minnesota Olmstead Plan. Outcomes will include enhanced online and in-person training opportunities in Minnesota designed specifically for this audience.
