Project Description:

The goal of the LEND Program Quality Improvement (LPQI) Network is to help individual programs improve the quality of LEND training in core competencies (e.g. family-centered care, interdisciplinary teaming) and to assess the feasibility of implementing and the content validity of a standardized set of assessment tool across four LEND programs by collecting data from Long Term (300+ hours) LEND Trainees through RedCAP. Collected data will be exported into SPSS for statistical analysis. Eventually we hope to develop a standardized assessment across most (or all) LEND programs that allow programs to identify strengths and weakness in order to improve the quality of LEND training programs.
